Frequently asked questions

Why is pricing per parish rather than per user?

Sacrament Registry is licensed to your parish, not to individual people. Any number of authorised priests and parish staff can use the system as part of your parish subscription, with no separate charge per person.

What is included in the 30-day trial?

Your trial includes full access to the Parish Plan for 30 days, including register management, certificates and the other features listed on this page. There is no charge during the trial.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your records stay safe. To keep full access after the trial, add a payment method and choose monthly or annual billing. If you do not, your parish moves to a limited, read-only mode rather than losing any records.

Can we pay annually?

Yes. Annual billing is £250 per parish per year, which saves £50 compared with paying £25 monthly. It is the same Parish Plan either way.

How does diocesan pricing work?

Diocese Plan pricing is agreed directly with your diocese, based on the number of parishes involved and how you would like coordination, oversight and roles arranged. Contact us to discuss what would suit your diocese.

Yes. Adjusted pricing is available for parishes in mission territories and lower-income regions. Please contact us to discuss an arrangement appropriate to your parish.

Is VAT included?

Prices on this page are shown in British pounds (GBP), before VAT. VAT is added where required by law, and the final amount is confirmed on your invoice or agreement.

Can I book a demonstration before starting a trial?

Yes. You can book a demonstration at any time, including before or during your trial. It takes about thirty minutes and there is no obligation to continue.
